Hello there. I am using 3x super crappy 12v 12ah Battery packs that are worn out. I am in Canada and I can hardly get 3km's out of my batteries now and they are totally dead.

Somewhere on this forum I have seen a setup of a guy using some Tool Battery packs that he was able to simply slide the fully intact battery packs out of the holder he made and recharge them in the factory Tool Battery chargers. For example I am trying to make a setup of 2x of these batteries here:

That I can use with my 36v GoldenMotor Brushless Gearless 500w motor. I have no idea how to do this and would love some info. I am even willing to pay someone in Canada or the USA if your able to rig me up something that would work for my needs. I can build the enclosure just need the wiring or holster or w/e is needed to make it work properly. If anyone could give me a link on how a guy that knows NOTHING AT ALL about how to build or dis-assemble tool battery packs could make this work that would be awesome.

To clarify: I want to take two of the batteries in the above link and use them WITHOUT opening them or soldering stuff inside them with my e-bike in any way possible. I am also open to using any Canadian Tire Yardworks batteries or any other batteries located in this different link:
http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/6/Tools/PowerToolAccessories/ToolBatteries.jsp for my project.

Double clarify: I want to take any two or possibly 4 Power Tool Batteries and use them with my e-bike without altering the batteries in any way. I have seen it done but have no idea how. Thank you so much in advance.

Here is what I did for my test set up. It is 4 Bosch Fatpacks mounted 2 to a side of the trike. Only modification done is to open 1 pack and remove the circuit board and stick it in the charger. Anderson connectors are used throughout as are spade copper connectors from Home Depot. Definitely read all you can on the Fatpack areas.

The original and maybe not best was to use the cheapest tool, ie; flashlight to make the mount on your bike. Also seen brass strips ground to fit making connectors. Good luck.
