NEW FAST LOWRACER RECUMBENT

wow! I like the steering system, simple and tilting! I need to build a ligthweigth and floldable trike for next summer, your design just gt the first place in my ideas list!

Just a suggestion for anyone making their own chainrings by hand....
it is very common for Kart racers using #35, #40, and 219 chain types, to run " skip tooth" sprockets to reduce losses , improve efficiency & performance.
The largest driven sprockets (70-100T) are made with every other and even 2 from every 3 teeth removed. so a 99T sprocket would actually only have 33T.
The karters do it to reduce drag knowing that 33T is still plenty to transmit the 15 -25 kW power they have.
for those making sprockets .... it would reduce the work required by a lot . :wink:

Excellent!!! A chainring which the material is plexiglas... I'd never seen before!!!
Maybe I copy the picture into my HomePage...

YES, I know that system from kart racing too! I'll try it for my bike...

Its not 'plexi' its lexan BIG difference :)
