Hmmmmmm ...
The trike coaster brake kit on Amazon must be missing a lot of pieces parts:

yep,
already checked those out.
The trick that Trailmate pulled was THEIR "Proprietary" hub, has both sprocket on the same side of the hub, on the opposite side of the brake arm.
This is due to the keyway in the rear axle does NOT run the full length of the axle, and there for only has about an inch of area, that the axle sprocket can be mounted.

in other words, if the axle had a keyway running the full length, (or at least 3" or 4" more than it currently is), then the standard hub you show would work just fine.

Basically what they have done, is take a standard CB hub, ( for a 2 wheeler ), and welded another sprocket, to the hub housing, approx. 1/2" inboard of the existing CB sprocket.
(That's what makes it now a "Proprietary hub").

So then it goes from a $25 hub, to a $99.95 hub

They save on cost for a rear axle that is not machined all the way across with a keyway,.... and they get to charge 400% of the hub cost.
now isn't that convienent ? :x
