Alright we’ve been hard at work playing with lasers and leds but took some time to put together our new beast…

This guy is packing a 20S2P ammo can pack, 2812 9C, and with an overhauled 24 FET greentime controller (Temporarily until Methtek monster is finished).

Now we can cruise around town in style and comfort.

Video to come.

That is so f'ing hard...

My wife just said that she sprouted a "lady boner" (whatever that is)

I declare that to be our new mascot bike. The hardest bike on ES - rocking those phools. EJucating kids. Putting a learn on dem cats.

Haha ..cute!

Did you guys raid Rainbow Bright's secret stash of star sprinkles to build this eBike?!

I love it! I bought one of those for one of my daughters 25 or so years back when she was 9 or 10 years old and about 70 LBs. Now you can take care of/educate some of the kids in the neighborhood at your discretion. Just be sure to have the Doctor and some big bandages on hand for the aftermath.

Go home Methods, you're drunk!

Somebody came riding into the bike shop with those and me and my boss simultaniously said "that's a messed up wheel" but then we saw them, and realized it was not loose spokes "pinging". Those things would drive me nuts.

My best friend has been using spokey dokeys on his bikes, even during some of the serious rides and races. We always laughed until one day he had the last laugh.

He went to have a haircut, locked up the bike outside, some 10 minutes later hears the familiar pinging sound. Turns around and in broad daylight sees his bike being stolen. Still wearing an apron, in his bike shoes and halfway shaved head storms out of the barber shop in pursuit: "come back! it took me ages to put the f-ing bike together!" The thief panics, accidentally shifts in a higher gear, dumps the bike and runs off empty handed.

pimp that bad pony

I have heard that it just does burnouts all the way down the block. Matthew is still a 9-5 stooge so we will have to wait until he finishes toiling for the day and then maybe he will post up some video.

That is a 2812 ultra low kv motor. On 20S I am sure it makes that little pony feel like a pack mule.

I want to see a wheelie in reverse

That is a pretty sick little bike. I would love to mess with road cyclists (even though I am one a couple days a week now) on that. lol

Wow - I never thought of converting a vintage "Muscle Bike" but the space under the banana seat makes for a perfect battery compartment! I just sold a 1969 5 speed Stickshift Schwinn Stingray Fastback :( (to partially finance my current Ebike project :D ) that would have been wicked cool with a 1000 watt Rear Hub Motor - talk about needing a "wheelie bar" lol...

I know you thought of this on your own, or i would accuse you of copying    , but at the bike shop we converted a schwinn "my fair lady" last summer with a 24" front, 20" rear and ape hangers. 9C 2810 @88V  It is fondly referred to as the purple bastard, or the flipper. It had caused some injuries though hence the name flipper, so we toned it down and now have it powered by a ridekick:

Heh gangster ride.
How do you go getting traction with such high torque in a little front wheel ? It must be spinning all over the place. You need to angle your handlebars forward at 45 degrees to facilitate the necessary riding position

It's rad, it's so... mummmmm.... inspirational!

It needs those little hand grip streamers in multi/rainbow colors to blow in the wind! Then it's purrrrfect!

He dinks LFP over the handlebars in some sort of human spoiler fashion...

Traction..... who needs it....lol... this bike is a burnout machine!
It definitely needs the grip streamers...
With the wet ground a proper test will have to wait.
Short clip: http://youtu.be/5AsZxfmIZcQ
I'll have to ride it to work and see how many road cyclists I can pass up.
