After my first DIY ebike, i decided to go further with another one:
- first ebike here

For this one I have some questions (even after a lot of reading). This one is based on a Qulbix frame (I already have a quote and next week gonna order it). I decided Qulbix because 80% of the other kits frame have a major problem to me... The BB mounted on Swingarm. :? i like to ride smooth.

I have some problems on sourcing Parts.. One of them is: where can I find 24x3 36H rims? And is there any small rear hub with at least 500w? Driving with a 10" motor doesn't "look legal" to me. (here the legal limit is 500w) the bafang looks cool but is geared.
About the motor, I'm thinking about to power it with a 14s 18650 battery (58v) and now another question: better one hot rodded 36v (with 48v 20A controller) or simply the 48v motor with 25A controller? I want torque and don't want a 100km/h bike, but I also like speed. And what is the best for both? Geared.... Gearless? I'm asking because the experience that I have with hubs is front wheel 250w geared motor.. And my other bike is a mid-drive.

Thanks for watching. 8)
