I was replacing the tire holding onto the wheel while removing it, it slipped and the wire disconnected by itself now there is no power to the motor when i replug it in. I also cut off the derailleur,20231109_134540.jpg it was broken off and mangled anyways, dont know if that was the problem

Is the wire bundle cut or torn anywhere? Looks like there is a cut/torn area in your photo there.

When you reconnected the connector did you force it all the way home? Some of them require a lot of force to seat fully.

I made that cut after it didnt start. There is a line and 2 arrows showing how far up the cables should go into each other I was thinking maybe when it fell on the concrete floor of my garage it pulled off a part of the wire somewhere at the end of one of the connections idk know much about ebikes tbh

My guess is that some of the thin hall sensor wire broke when the cable got yanked. You could do a hall sensor test without/before opening the case,

Off topic, but what motor is that? It’s seems unusual for a 750w motor to have round axles and only rely on torque washers. And the spacing on the inside of the dropout looks to narrow to add a decent torque arm.

If the ign wires are always attached (or not) on a generic controller
- Unplug the ign wires and plug them back in will hopefully make the controller will then work again.
Also unplug the battery
Go away and drink some water and come back
Plug in the battery, and go get a cookie to eat, eat it then come back and hook up the ign wires.
Sometimes I will let the controller sit for a longer time, like an hour while I go get groceries, and get a fresher mind to analyze the problem in order to fix it. Unplug everything, look at their wires, look at their connectors, look at the wires insulation, inspect any damage on the controller or its wires.

Simple easy step that doesnt take long to try out.
It has helped me to get the motor going again properly with mysterious issues.
