Norco Manik derailleur hanger

Got this medium frame a year ago, just thinking of swapping my Paratrooper parts onto it, like brakes, headset, etc. Got across a problem, the derailleur hanger doesn't fit. Can anyone tell whether or not this one (http://www.amazon.com/Wheels-Manufacturing-Dropout-25-Derailleur-Hanger/dp/B001AYOWX6) will fit?

Certainly looks good, but if that is an alloy frame you should probably make a stronger one.

The frame is made out of 6061 aluminum, but I'm not planning on doing anything out of ordinary, anyway. Which part should be stronger?

Didn't update the thread, but that derailleur # 25 works fine.
