hello, im new to electric skateboards
i purchase one from http://www.benchwheel.com/
it seems like a pritty good deal.
i am heaving issues with it recently.
i have been skating it and while skating the throttle remote stop recats . i had to jump off the skateboard.
now after that happen motor do not spin or move at all, even when both turn on (skate and remote) and it beeping like its secronized, it wont spin at all.
i measured the battery voltage and its good.
any ideas? thanks in advanced

Hi

Just to be sure, is the motor itself beeping or the controller?
Is there a light on the remote that signals the connection between remote and receiver?
If there is connection I would tip in one of the 3 motor wires has come loose. Just a guess though.

hi thanks for trying to help
here are the answers.
- motor pahse wires are connected well i made sure.
- one i turn on the remote and then the skateboard, i hear 3 beeps and then 1 beeps whitch usually indicate it ready to work - but motor wont move when i press forward.
- iv been trying to pair both remote and reciver togeder.
- i have been also opened the system and tried to see if i can see any isee on the board, its seems like its controller and reciver all on the same board, so i can't figure out where the issue is

Hi
OK, it would seem then that the connections between motor and ESC are OK.
This really only leave the pairing of the Receiver and Remote.
Usually there is some form of indication (LED) that would show if they are paired. There must be some form of feedback, look in the documentation of the board/remote.

as meantioned, there is beeping indicate on secsussfull paring.
and i even did paring and nathing

Of course I don't know your board but one of mine beeps as soon as there is power. The beeps have nothing to do with the receiver being paired with transmitter. Just beeps to tell how the ESC is set.
But hey, if you are sure. Are there LEDs showing successful pairing?
If paired, power is good and all wires attached then I can only assume a defective ESC, but if it beeps in correct sequence I am really lost.

as mentioned in the first massage , it work for little while.
so it beeps the same when it worked, but again motors not spins. there are led indicate battery level indicator and led whitch shows its power on, both are light on like before
any idea how to debug the ESC / remote?
