I use a step-through Currie Ezip to commute daily. The seat is cheap, uncomfortable, and what's more is probably a women's saddle
So I am considering replacing it with a nicer saddle, better suited to my anatomy. I like riding in an upright, old-fashioned sort of way, so I changed to classic-style handlebars, and thought of getting a Brooks B66 saddle, since it is well sprung and designed for that purpose.....
However, the price tag is a bit steep, and I don't want to pay too much for a part that some junkie could swipe quickly (I commute to a large university, so that is a concern :? )
So I was wondering if there was a cheap but durable equivalent. Maybe the seats that are used on Flying Pigeons? Can one get them?
