As the hub motor turns and the Liop fire Burns.

I built these batteries several years ago when I was living in Ohio. I was told they would never run good or very long. I have been running them about 3 years except for about 4 months I was in mental hospitals. I try not to run them below 25 percent and usually keep them above 70 percent or around 3.2V and charge up to about 97 percent and run them about 3 to 5 miles.

I am married recently and in Indiana. The LIFEPO4 batteries are 5S 8P and 7S 8P for 12S total and use a 43.8V 10 amp portable charger and when the 2 packs need balance I have two 6S Lipo chargers and external balancers. I charge the 7S pack at 6S Lipo and the 5S pack sometimes at 6S also until it hits 3.65 V. As it is only charges to around 90 percent in 5S LIFE mode

I also still have two 10S LTO packs both with 10S 5 amp active balancers. They are 18 Ah Lishen LTO cells I bought way back when I got my stimulus money during COVID. My 15 amp 900 watt 54.6V charger popped when I plugged it in and no longer works and can not afford to replace right now so am dealing with 12S LIFE and 36V controllers for awhile. I still have my 1800W brushless motor but the motor sprocket broke. My 1500W and 2 kilowatt hubs are in storage. My 3000W brushless chain drive and FX. 75 - 5 motor is stored in the basement in the house where my X spouse passed away last Christmas

Just letting everyone who ever followed me know that I am back. I was in a really dark place for awhile.

LC. Out.

It is a lovely day and am about to ride.

They still rock for about 5 miles or so after at least 1000 partial cycles. I try to top off the charge every 2 or 3 miles to keep them going until I build more and get a new charger for my LTOs

I have a lot of good 26650 LIFE cells I never built including a box from the West Coast of tested cells all above 90 percent original capacity which I will build solder less this time

I ride an awesome bike trail down by White river to Payless supermarket which is about a mile or so and will post a video of that later.

That was the return trip. The video on the way there did not record.

The end of the video showed a van I paid 1401 for and only lasted a month before alternator went. I am getting rid of it. Can't afford fixing it as moving. I will never ever buy a gas piece of shit again. I learned my lesson.

I am back folks.

I always said I can prove everything I do will work. I might get banned again however am showing proof of my success.the batteries still function daily charge up quickly sometimes several times a day.

I just used the 10 amp charger and charged in series and all cell banks 99 percent. I did last night and lowest today was at 97.

That is when I soldered them
Nobody thought they would work as damaged by heat. I have about half the original range or capacity but in the last year have not got worse. They actually seem to run better as they are more balanced

.I have discovered how to keep them going a long time. When I go solder less with superior grade cells it will be amazing.

I already have a green light on the charger. Imagine that with lithium ion. LOL. Most factory Lion packs take an hour to top off on partial discharge with pitiful 2 amp chargers vs 12 minutes with my 10 amp charger.

All cell banks at 99 percent. One at 98. Third trip out. They are good about 3 or 4 miles which is good for about 80 percent of my trips.

The LTOs will do 10 or 15 but 10 is better as not pushing anything anymore without BMSs. I learned my lesson many times over.

Looking at a 8P - 20S pack with 90 percent capacity cells for my 2000 watt hub and 3 kilowatt brushless motor. Both controllers will do 72V.

LC. Out.

I had to remove one bad cell banks from the 7S pack
I am running 16S now with the 6S in series with the two 5S packs. I am running the 1500W hub now on a full suspension next. The 1800W brushless chain on the inch BMX bike has a broken motor sprocket. I removed the 1500W hub from the 27 inch dual suspension and the 1000 front chain drive. The chain will go on a different bike.

. I removed the 1500W hub from the 27 inch bike. now I can use the factory 26 inch brakes.

Happy to see you typing.

Box in front of seat. Looks really uncomfortable to ride. Also looks like it would be hard to get off and on the bike.

Back when people used cameras to take pictures. Photographs were usually horizontal. The world is horizontal. Bicycle in picture above is horizontal. My computer screen is horizontal. TVs are horizontal. Movies are horizontal. People who take pictures and movies with phones in a vertical position are idiots. TURN THE PHONE SIDEWAYS PEOPLE.

Charging station. Packs are charging and balancing. Still doing short trips almost every day. 16S LIFEPO4 build by soldering about 4 years ago I think. They still charge up to > 3.5V and dont self-discharge much at all. Between 56 and 57V.

Still waiting on money to get a replacement 54.6V charger for the two 10S - Lishen LTO packs. Since the active balancers are 5 amp I will be downgrading from the broken 15 amp to a cheaper 5 amp. The 15 amp was over 130 bucks and can get a 5 amp for less than 30 bucks.

I am also getting my 26650 cells out of storage so looking at continuing building the solderless packs I started back in December on my other post. Skyler. I had to start this new as laptop was stolen in January with my log in info.

Thinking at a 20S - 8P - LIFE pack with newer tested to 90% or above 26650 cells from the west coast. It should work perfect for my next build. I already have 74 I think and will need to order 74 more. The next build being the 2 killowatt hub kit from the last Black Friday sale last year. I got a 75% off so was only about 130 bucks.

It sports a 45-amp controller and can do 72V. Rated at 43 mph @ 53V so 66V should be 53 mph. As 43 / 53 = 0.811 * 66V = 53.54 mph.

Most of you know me from my older posts years ago. As the Hub Motor Turns and the LiPo Fire Burns under latecurtis. LOL.
If this post does not get shut down like the other, I will be posting videos of both the 1,500W build and the 2 killowatt build in the future with both LTO and old and new LIFEPO4 packs.
