ON/OFF simple one button throttle

Assuming your controller uses a simple potentiometer type throttle sensor, any reason why you couldn't just rig up one of your own based on a 50 cent switch from Jaycar/Radioshack whatever they're called in you region?

All they're really doing is shorting the +5v and the signal wire to give the bike full power.

That seems like a job for a motorcycle horn button.
