Hello,
I am new to the forum and I honestly hope I have not violated any rules by this post of mine..
I did quite a research and found that this forum has quite a lot experts on e-bike matters
Can you please give me some advice about the following product?
https://m.gearbest.com/electric-bikes/pp_009380899937.html?vip=16936804
I intend to buy it and I would like some opinions..
I will give you some insights from my point of view.
My only experience regarding electric vehicles is a Chinese electric "scooter", the DUY F-Wheel D1 (gearbest). I bought it hoping that it can service me for a home-work-home commute of about 4+4 kilometers (approx 5 miles). This pretty much did the job, despite some extra steep hills in the area (where some times I had to push the scooter for 20-30 meters). It had 28km/h speed unassisted on flat ground and decent range of about 10 miles. But I sold it again, as I realised that 1)the problem of climbing 2)the very small size (which causes some extra dangers), are show-stoppers.
Now I need to get a similarly powered vehicle, but with pedals (for me to assist better uphill) and to have theoretically unlimited range, so I can travel farther in the city.
Keeping that in mind, and the fact that I have a tight budget, would you recommend this product, or you consider it waste of money?
Thank you in advance!
Chris
