optimum aerodynamics & weight distribution for battery s

i was just reading the thread on fairings and it has given me some ideas.

my current setup looks like this.


two batteries in the panniers, one in the frame. but i think my panniers cause drag. and too much weight over the back wheel.

i like my rear cycle box cause its aerodynamic and really handy. does anyone know of a front cycle box? couldn't find any on ebay only handlebar bags which are ok but not as sexy and aerodynamic.

i think the best solution is a front cycle box with a motor cycle fairing on top.
-would not look dorky
-would be v. good aerodynamic efficiency
-batteries in the front box would even out weight distribution

i will need a watts up meter or drain brain for this experiment. is anyone selling their's?
