Out runner wont spin shaft

My out runner spins outside but shaft wont spin need to know if there is a solution before i open it up, thanks guys. Do i need a shaft thanks

Outrunner shaft does NOT spin. That gets mounted solid and the can spins. What are you trying to use it for ?

I have one on my board but it stop working the outside spins but it no longer spins the gear so the board cant move.
