panasonic battery code numbers

any one know what the "MH12210" reference is on the Panasonic cells ?
seems to appear on most of their 18650,s and afew others ?

Highly unlikely, as its on nearly all the Pana 18650's from the 2.9Ahr "A" code all the way through the range of 3.1, 3.4, etc Ahr cells, ....including the BE, and BF, revisions ??
Odd to have such a common code across the range.
Production factory code maybe ??
