I have a yume 52v battery with 2 charging ports
Can I parallel the 2 positive n the 2 neg n charge as one port need help

Not sure about that particular model, but if you have an ohmmeter, you can test whether the wires are connected inside the battery. It should be OK if they are.

What were the results of the checks that Fechter suggested? Do both output ports have the exact same voltage? Are you running dual motors?

One thing that comes to mind is keeping the battery connected to the controller and exposing a separate charge connector on the outside. That way the battery doesn't need to be constantly unplugged for charging.

If it’s a legit Yume battery, then the two ports each accept a 5A charger, so to take advantage of the fast charge rate, you need two 5A chargers (an option for scooters using the pack). I tried to get you to do a couple tests to ensure it’s consistent with the Yume batteries, but you never responded on that stuff.
At 2A, you don’t need more than one port anyway. It will take forever if it’s the 50Ah version of the battery (25 hours).

Edit - looks like the 52v battery uses two 2A chargers for fast charge.

Let's start over it's an original yume 52v 23AH 14s battery the charger is 58.8 2A that's for 1 port the battery comes with 2 ports I don't understand why u need 2 charging ports for 1 battery
One of my chargers stop working so I came here for some support I decided to charge one side thinking I'll charge the other side after to find out after it was finished charging I couldn't couldn't charge the other side
So I came up with the concept of parallel the 2 post n the 2 neg since it charged
So now u know my situation can it b done if so wat r the down side or it b safe

This isn’t a support website, it’s a forum. Picture a machine where you add information in, the it gets mixed with a lot of other knowledge, and out the other side pops out a solution. What come out in the end is directly related to what goes in. Better quality input, better quality output. You have to do your part.
Nobody is asking questions for fun. Each question is important to troubleshoot and provide a solution. People have different methods of analyzing a problem, so questions may vary among folks, but if you just choose to answer one question and disregard the rest, then it’s on you if you don’t get quality responses. Use google AI if you want to ask a question without expending the effort to answer a few questions. But if you do, don’t expect a decent answer.
Checking continuity of the charging ports tells you if they are connected together internally, vs some oddball BMS with two charging ports, which could present an issue if you parallel them. Checking the output ports tells you if they are connected to the same points internally or not, and that there aren’t two batteries shrink wrapped together. Someone else’s troubleshooting approach may use other inputs/questions. I can’t verify you have a Yume battery, since you haven’t posted any pics of the label, etc., so hesitant to respond at all here without the answers to the above. But with some additional info, it’s easier to make some good guesses or come to a conclusion, or recommend other things to check.
The reason for two ports is so they can sell you a second charger. Pretty simple. If you want faster charging, pay them. They could have just sold it with a 4A charger, but that cuts into their profits.

By the way, there are members here that are great at teaching and explaining things. They still need info to solve an issue though. When I’m on my iPad, I’m just going straight to solutions.
