Parallel Charge Controllers

I'm looking at using two Midnite Classic 200 charge controllers with a single battery pack and a single wind turbine type generator. I know they can be connected in parallel and synced with a bus bar connection for charging a common battery pack. Is there any issue having a common input as well as output. I can't see any but I'm not an expert. Thanks.

My shade tree mechanic instincts tell me no.

Reason why is if one shuts off before the other the full output from the wind turbine would then be sent threw the one that's still charging. Depending on the wind that can overload it and cause a failure. The second one would then fail when it gets the same treatment.

But you should fallow up with Midnight Solar since there chargers are much more advanced then what I'm use to dealing with.
