(Another) pre-charge circuit?

A quick google for "BGR30TQS KOA Resistor" finds this spec sheet as the second hit

So it's a 30W glasscore wirewound resistor, and they are made in the range of 10 to 390 ohms wiht 5% tolerance. The sheet doesn't say how to decode the actual resistance from teh given numbers, so to verify that you can simply measure across it to find out what it is, if it is not parallel with any other components. If it is, you'll have to disconnect one end to measure.
