PEDEGO DLG3610 ? ?

Does anybody know anything about this mark? I just bought a "ped-e-go" branded electric bike and am trying to determine if their packs come with built in BMS. Their website says so but I don't believe them. If I continue to disassemble this battery pack then I have to cut some plastics, and I am wary that the battery pack might just spill aout everywhere and become extremely difficult to repack.

The "DLG3610 007681" marking is the only model-type marking, noting "36v 10ah"

Why do you think it doesn't have a BMS? That would be incredibly dumb of a manufacturer.

plug it on the charger. If at the end of the charge the charger stop and restart a few times, you are sure ther eis one inside

there is most definitely a BMS in that pack.

if it's new and under warranty, do not cut it open.

Charge it and keep on the charger for a time longer to let balance and then ride it. check final voltage and then check after charging. If voltage looks good just ride.
