Please help identify these connectors

Hi guys,

Trying to pick the best ebike battery to charger connector for my 72v 26ah pack. I think I prefer this first one but the second one would work okay. Sorry my phone just wouldn't focus properly.



I like the one above since it is already on my battery . This is also the same type of connector on the electric forklift at work. Smaller though of course.



This above is what came on my charger.

If you know what these connectors are called then that would be great. Any opinions on which is better would also be useful.

Hi. The top is an Anderson connector.
The bottom looks a bit like a type of Higo or Juliet connector.

It depends on your charge rate and need for weather protection.

I don't like Anderson unless used at half rating. They have a lot of contact resistance which worsens over time, eventually leading to melting and failure. I do use them for charging and adapters.

Higo should be more water resistant but IDK about current capability (but should have some higher current options).

Thank you! Yeah it is just for charging so I think I will just stick with the Anderson connector then
