Please I need help with the configuration and software of the apt72400 controller

Hello friends, I recently installed the apt72400 controller on my motorcycle and I have problems accessing its configuration since an apt technician updated my firmware and gave me a limited program, meaning that I can hardly change anything and how The configuration was remote, it is not good, so I tried to try with the old program that the seller gave me and it does not connect. My question is what can I do to be able to access the controller configuration and let me change the parameters that are wrong. Greetings and thanks. before hand

Good luck with that, I tried to connect to these controllers many times, bought several different cables for it, different softwares... never got it to even connect. Eventually I just bought a fardriver instead.
Sorry that's probably not very helping... Maybe try to contact the technician again and ask him for another firmware upgrade?

Thank you for responding friend and I tried to contact the technical service but I do not get a response from them and literally I have tried everything to put another controller it is very complicated for me since I live in Cuba and the prices are extremely high for these controllers I say so much far drive like kelly like apt and it's an expense that i can't afford to post my problem here to see if someone takes pity on me and helps me
