The first thing I see is that you have a bunch of "voltages" that don't actually list voltages, but rather temperatures, capacities, etc., so you probably need to configure everything first, assuming it is all wired correctly per the manufacturer manual and information.
If you can't connect to it to configure it, then you should talk to the manufacturer to see if they have a different version of the program or app to allow you to do so (not all apps or programs are compatible with all phones or computers).
If it is already configured correctly for your battery, and is verified as wired correctly, then you should check the manufacturer manual for the model you have to see what that specific error is generated by. "discharge tube" isn't a term I would normally associate with a battery, only things like a laser or a neon sign, xenon flash tube, etc.
Similarly, beeping is often a code, with a pattern you can look up in the manual.
