I am building a 54s3p (180v/30ah) pack from a bunch of PSI cells I got last year. The cells came with a bunch of pack assembly parts, but still I need (8) more cell blocks, and (96) cell-to-cell Bus Bars (as seen in the picture I stole from ypedal, above). It's been awhile, anyone know a place where I can still get these, or have some spares laying around they would like to sell?

In the past, I would have gone to rechargablelithiumpower.org, but now from a windows PC that site pops up a window with a fake youtube site that touts videos of naked celebrities, and trys to install a virus. I went there with my iPad instead, but when I tried to add-to-cart I got an out-of-stock message.

I have 16 of them, exactly like yours in the picture, including the BMS balance board to plug directly into it. Have not used it for over a year (switched to lipo) but is still holding a good charge.

I live in south western Canada, so shipping might be an issue. Also, if you look in the picture you posted from "ypedal" , he ground off the dovetail bits sticking out of the assembly blocks, well, i did the same thing on one side.

That seems to be a slight misspelling (missing an "e") and the wrong domain type (.org vs .com); a google search finds some links, and it comes up ok as
http://rechargeablelithiumpower.com/oscommerce2/catalog/

But http://www.rechargeablelithiumpower.com/ comes up blank for me (AndyH's site, right? I thought his site was totally down for a long while?).
The blocks are here:
http://www.rechargeablelithiumpower.com/oscommerce2/catalog/40138-cell-assembly-blocks-p-35.html
if I add some to a cart and checkout, then create a test account, it appears to go thru the normal process up to the end when I cancelled it.

But if I were you, I'd check with AndyH and see if the site is still his and still actually meant to be working.

Gack - I'm not dead yet!

Sorry Oatnet - looks like my site's been attacked again. I'll fix the redirect. :( Part of the 'fun' of using shared hosting - someone gets into one site and can 'play' with everyone else's.

I'm out of 45mm connecting brass straps (I have a small emergency stash though) but have more on the way. I have plenty of assembly blocks, and still have about 60 12AH PSI cells.

I haven't been here much since going back to college last summer. Silly professors still have zero sense of humor when it comes to homework ;)

edit - fixed. Someone hacked my OSCommerce files... Thanks for the head's up! (It seemed to affect IE but no Chrome. Don't have Firefox installed, not sure about that one.)

Thanks recumbent! Nice looking pack, but I am actually just looking for the blocks/straps to connect the cells I already have. The Dovetails on a bunch of the blocks I have were already ground down and snapped off - it was a challange but I managed to re-use them all. 8)

The .com site was coming up blank for me too, but the links I found on google that worked were to a .org site... I don't see those links anymore, maybe it was something with Andy's site being hacked.

will the headway blocks work?

The blocks would probably fit the cells, but would not connect to the 300+ blocks I already have. I have been thinking about using the headway straps though.

Thanks Andy, I'll PM you! Take that Prof for an eBike ride, once they get the EV grin they'll just let you slide...  Not that it would help you learn anything though.
