Any idea what type of plug is used on a QS Motor 212 hall cable connector?

I looked on amazon and could not find any.

Typical of scooter connectors, whatever they are called. Kind of janky and prone to poor connections due to contacts backing out of the housing.

If you need one similar, look at places that specialize in scooter parts. This is where I used to buy them, to work with old school motor and controller plugs. http://electricscooterparts.com/wireconnectors.html

If your housing does not match perfect with what they have, you can remove the pins from the plug, and insert them into a new housing. When you put the pins in the housing, make sure the tab on the pin locks them in good. You may have to bend the tab on the pin back out a bit to get them to lock in solid.

Thanks guys, found it on ali cheaper than amazon, exactly the same item.

Don't want to cut it yet, not sure what I am going to do this hub, it was an impulse/frustration purchase from amazon, while I am waiting on my fat bit bafang hub.

It is the cheapest connector they have access to that they can buy in bulk to improve profit margins.
Do you really want that kind of connector on your ebike?
A high quality connector isnt that much more money, because if your replacing connectors its the same effort.

Right now I am playing with this hub with a flipsky 75100, that has jst connector for the hall. so I have open wire stands on the controller side,

Looks like the same connector that Kelly uses for its controllers. Sabvoton too.

Yes, I did not purchase a controller from QS, too many choices and shipping is just a deal breaker.
I think all of the ones QS sells comes with this connector:
Far Driver
Kelly
Sabvoton
Generic controllers.
