QS205 + Kelly KLS7218S hall Problem

Hello,

I dont have any other ideas so im asking here for Help.
I wonder if i made mistake with colors of hall sensors or something else with settings...
I even did hook up 5kohm 3 wire Potentiometer on wires 20,4, and 3 connectors

Is this a new system, or was it working before getting the error? If the latter, what was happening before it started receiving the error?

You can test the motor’s hall sensors as a start. See the motor hall testing section:

this is new system . im trying to get it to recognize my motor. im afraid i would have to try all 36 combinations of color. any other idea?
BTW i have instrument to check all of hall sensors. all are ok...
