That crack is no good too bad I was thinking of buying the 76.. I need to buy another bike one lighter and thinner just for off road. Those cracks look exactly like the ones on my bike,, which were fixed at Factory.. butt that shouldn't happen many frames have cracked probably more than we know of. Folded sheet metal, should be a little thicker

hey guys thats exactly what happend to my raptor also.
i ordered the moto seat which is better. bike seat i give up. fixed it 4 times but failed.

did anybody got any customer service? difficult to contact them

Hi guys.

Regarding the cases where the bicycle subframe had broken: This issue is very rear (about 1%). It's probably a combination of very long seat post, riding style - commuting (always placing full weight on the seat on the bumps ) and the terrain. But nonetheless, our frames have a 2 year warranty, and in all cases the (y. 2014) subframes were/will be replaced. Our latest design is extra reinforced in that particular area.

If you have any kind of issue, please send us an email to info@qulbix.com, and we'll sort it out asap.

Have a nice day,
Ziva

p.s. ziltoid81, I've send you a PM regarding your case.
