R2R - SOT23-5 SMD Code IC (used in LiFePo4 BMS)

i buy a HCX-D245 BMS from BestTechPower. it is for LiFePo4 Battery.
For balancing the IC with the R2RQ (as well as R2RF and R2RP) code is used.
IC with code R2R and SOT23-5 package, what is the name ?

Take a good quality picture of the board showing the part itself as well as the surrounding parts and post here. My guess is it's the LVC monitor IC, they often use parts like the NCP300 or NCP301 (or any number of similar parts) and many come in the SOT23-5 package. There are similar parts for the HVC portion, but less common from what I've seen.
