RadCity 5 Plus EU version bottom bracket torque sensor replacement

Hi everyone.

The shop that serviced my bike ripped the bottom bracket sensor cable completely with no hope of repairing.

I got no reply from the support so far and I am looking for possible alternatives. On Ali I found some models but none of them is 100% match.

The one that is in my bike is 165mm has a flat 6 pin cable

This one looks correct but have a 5 pin cable and the 83/160 dimensions: https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/1005006755079520.html

The other one has 6 pin and correct 83/165 dimensions but the cable is from the side and the claw is strange: https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/33030138390.html

Anyone knows what actual sensor is used in RadCity 5 Plus and if it can be ordered online?

I actually spun the BB myself on my Eunorau E-Torque kit. Only one wire was left sticking out. So I got out the dremel and started grinding. Once a bit of the surrounding aluminum was removed, the potting (epoxy) was easily picked away exposing enough wire to solder to. My wife’s bike is still running great, three years later. I love this kit! Sadly, Eunorau no longer has it on their website. So I say give the repair a try, or have a skilled friend do it. Nothing to lose- cuz you think it’s trash already.

I'm in the same boat myself here ,would love to know if you could point me in the right direction to find a torque sensor to replace mine as soon as you have it sorted (RADCITY 5 EU) thanks .

Got reply from the rad support, each reply took 2-3 weeks.
The sensor was sent from Netherlands so it got to me relatively fast.
This one actually has the SN and the manufacturer site.
So you can other have patience with support, or try ordering this one on your risk.

The scan codes on the label usually link to some good info, if you can rotate the BB in the pic so it’s clearly visible.
