Raleigh Velo XC Help

Hi all,

I have been given a Raleigh Velo Xc. Without a battery (which was Duff and somehow got separated from the bike).l Does anyone have a wiring diagram or the pinouts for the battery so I can build one? This isnt urgent, its a bit of a long term project atm, but thought I would try to collect whatever data I can.

I have contacted Raleigh and was surprised to be totally ignored several times, I mistakenly thought a good old established company like Raleigh would have good customer service (you get what you pay form and they are not cheap). So I was surprised to be totally ignored, but that's life. Ironically they would have been one of my first choices were I lashing out a load of money to buy a new bike, now they have dropped to the bottom of my list.

Is the battery connector like iether of these? If so, you can buy connectors taht will fit those blades, or you can see iff any of the "spade" connectors in automotive supplies will fit over the blades on the rack mount.

You can trace the wiring from t he blades to the rest of the system to find out which is battery + and whcih b-, and if there are any other signals (usually not).
