Rectifier Huawei R4850G2 48V 42~58V 3000w

Good morning.

Greetings, everyone.

I'm trying to find where to buy the voltage control board for R4850G2.

The purchase links I found are down.

Thank you.

when i power on the r4850g2 , there is a little "cliquetis" that is coming from the command card probably , i check that the big capacitor are charged at 420v and that the green led on command card is flashing green don't know about this signal but the output voltage isn't stable ?
Anyone know the problem ? tiok or dominiquee h ?

I only once had a clicking Eltek Flatpack 2 HE 3kW, but only when it was unloaded. It sometimes overshooted the max voltage limit.
It worked good when there always was a load on the psu.
I scrapped it and took out the fan abd the fuses as spare parts.
I never tried to repair other things as fans or fuses.

I have a 4kW version modified to 100Vdc output.
You can change bewteen english and chinese, but I think I have no touch screen. The screen is so small or my fingers are to big for it , I never tried it as a touch screen.
I set it with the three buttons on the left side next to the screen or with the phone app.

If there are buttons, then the screen is not touch-sensitive.

Hello everyone,
i have purchased 3 psu's Huawei R4875G1. I have connected 2 of them and got 107v dc but the amp is not higher than 6000watt combined. I checked somewhere in the forum that i need to connect PIN 9 to PIN 10 together. I connected them from the very begining but never got the full 75amps.
What could be the reason? Any ideas are welcome.
Thank you for your time!

Three options
Input or output Current limit is set
The wrong Pins connected

Here a picture from the 3/4kW plug
Only the first two are connected together.
From the second row there is the lower one connected to -.

I am pretty sure i have connected the pins correctly as shown in the photo. Pin 9 to Pin 10. Pin 11 and Pin 12 to DC-.
The other 2 options mentioned that the input or output current is set, how can i determine that?
thank you!!

Only via CAN-BUS.

Are you shure you didn't solder them together on the lower side of the pcb?
Your photo is not as good that I can guess what you have done there.

I have attached better photos. I used the multimeter on the short circuit option to check if everything is connected properly. They are. Is there a tutorial on how i can CAN-BUS the power supply?
Thank you for your time!!!

Hello. Please let me know how can I power up the control module ( I need 5v from mainboard). I have R4850G2. Thank you!

Which control Module?
I used a DCDC and connected it to the 12V from the fan to power an ESP32 to control my two R4875G5 connected in series.

Sorry I do not know your controller.
But it took my voltage from the fan plug and added a small dcdc to get stable 5V.

It's possible to add small display for I and U for control please?
Your questions have already been answered. Have you looked at the last two pages? There is a link on this page where you can buy a controller with a display.
