reduce output in charger

hello I am new to the forum , hello to all
a have a charger (60v 2.5a) that have control voltage (67.3 to 71.4)and i need to reduce the voltage more ,to 60v more or less




someone with technical knowledge helps me

You need to find the POT that controls voltage. Once you've found it, this might help:
