Repairs in San Francisco/ Silicon Valley area?

Hi,

does anyone know of a shop / person who can sort out issues on an ebike? I have tried many things, and assistance via others online - now I would just like someone to fix it, if possible!

Thanks teklektik, I have been emailing Ilia.

He is developing an online interactive troubleshooting wizard that walks customers through troubleshooting steps by asking a serious of questions and processing answers. He doesn't repair the bikes himself.

If I don't find someone who can literally fix it themselves, then I will continue to see if I can fix it myself via Ilia - who has been exceedly helpful, but so far my lack of knowledge/ ability trumps his helpfulness!
