Volcon Brat

So, new here, new to ebikes. Got a Volcon Brat for the looks/going to Dr appts/making new Dr. appts necessary/errands. Wouldn't you know it, the hills here are just a bit too much. Left me at 54% at the half way mark. I love the frame and feel, but looks like I need to upgrade a few bits here...
