CAT6 fits the RJ45 plug just fine. You didn't give enough information to answer your question.

Also, this has nothing to do with battery tech

Well, there is a reason for it.

This user is spamming. All his posts include links. And all the links go back to Alibaba hosting, which suggests there is one person running all of this.

They are just trying to create links to their websites so search engine rank them higher.

Admins should delete the user and every post they created.

fwiw, just because they all go back to alibaba, aliexpress, or whatever doesn't mean it's spam. (it could be, we do get those...but seo spammers typically all go to the same "store" on a particular site, or the same item, and are very rarely related to anything on this forum--links and posts that are actually for ebike/electrical stuff are not usually spam. one exception is places wholesale-ing bicycles and such, but they're almost always one-hit wonders).

it could just mean that's where they are shopping from; it's pretty common, especially with posts being created over time for a few months (spammers almost always do all their spamming at one time--if not when they first sign up, then still all at the same time at some future point).

you wouldn't want someone to wipe your account out if you posted links to stuff you wanted to know something about before you buy, would you? ;)

i'd analyze the links and poster ip/etc info to verify if it was or was not a spammer, but someone has already wiped them, so there's nothing for me to check out. :(

I wouldn't worry about it-- it smelled strongly of spam to me.

You are familiar with the aroma of Spam, surprisingly I have never had the opportunity to taste the mystery meat myself.
As for spam posts, they will always be a problem.
