I will be away from my email/computer from April 20th till April 29th - so responses will be very slow or non existent till then...
Rocky Mountain RM7 2001
Astroflite 3220 5 turn
Single Stage Motor Drive as part of motor mount
Phoenix HV160
12s-4p LiPo 25C 48v - 20Ah
SRAM DD
Velocity P35 Rims [http://reviews.mtbr.com/blog/the-new-velocity-p35-rim/]
Maxxis Hookworm 26x2.5 tires
BB as jackshaft - jack shaft by yours truly
#25 chain motor to jack shaft - #35 chain jack shaft to SRAM DD
RM7 from Craigslist
Astro & Single Stage Motor Drive from Matt
Broached ENO by Todd and Luke
HV160 from RobHolmes
#25 stuff and other materials from McMaster
#35 stuff from mfgsupply.com / gokartparts.com
I am going to move the motor to the down tube just in front of the BB, using that cool truss element for support, to keep the chain where it should be (and shorter) and for lower motor mass. Then the Magura twist throttle, the gear changing assembly and all the electronics.
Coming is a fiberglass moto seat, pegs, and a battery mount...
The final drive chain needs an idler to keep it off the swing arm.
Back anodize everything
Much appreciation and gratitude to ES and you guys - you are my inFOspiration and without you this would not be possible!
Roy
PS: I attached a copy of the gear ratio calculator I put together
