Hello, I am planning to build an ebike with a Sabvoton 7280 controller with a custom 20s6p battery (Samsung 50S) and I am not entirely sure how I should go about wiring the BMS terminals to the controller ring connectors. Should I use male and female connectors to separate the battery from the controller, and if I do, how do I connect my controller to XT150s?

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005278036671.html - I found these on AliExpress, but I'm not entirely sure if they're the right connectors (e.g. if they would fit on the Sabvoton controller and if they are rated to handle the current), if they are, can I just solder my XT150 female wire to this and connect it to the controller?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I use these for both the battery and phase conductors, at the controller. What connectors you use beyond that is up to you and your configuration. Downstream I use XT150s to allow me to easily disconnect my phase wires for easier maintenance. My battery cable run to a disconnect switch, then to the controller.

Thanks so much man, do you know if there's some specific size measurement they need to be or do you think the ones I had will work. I'll only be pushing 80A and 2 AWG should be rated for ~135A (and since it's from China, just in case).
