Salvage EV cell advice

I've done some reading on ES about salvage battery packs from cars like Nissan Leaf, Chevy Volt, Tesla, etc. Is it really as simple as buying something like this and assembling them into a 72v pack? Link below:

Aside from a bms for charging, this seems like a pretty cost effective way to build a 4.7kwh battery that can put out thousands of watts. Is there something I'm missing, aside from the fact that these are used cells?

I'm welding a custom frame for a small e-motorcycle to commute around the city. I figured if I get the dimensions of the battery, I can design a battery box to fit into the frame. I'm more concerned about the functionality of the cells rather than the dimensions/weight.

I am riding on Leaf 11S second generation cells.
You probably know that 4cell modules are 1st gen
8cell modules are 2nd gn modules.
