Satiator com port for the terminally inane

I've been using my first Satiator for nearly as long as they' ve existed. I purchased a second and neither was difficult to program for my 3 voltages. However I hadn't used them yet this season and when I did I find that all my parameters are gone. POOF! WTF?

So no big deal, I just plug into my newest MacBook (3 weeks old) and I cannot link. This old brain just can't remember how I got in and linked to the com port before. Here's what I see and none work.

I know I have seen this before around here; I'll have to poke around and see if there was a solution to it.

The connection problem is probably a bug in the setup software...I couldn't find a specific post about that, but have found a few in general about the apple side of things where poeple have had connection problems to the phaserunner suite, and it is likely to be the same general issue.
