Satiator reads 'shorted', faulty/damaged BMS?

Battery won't charge, BMS might be faulty due to a short.
Was wondering if there was a way I could potentially fix this myself without sending it back to where I got it from.
But on second thought, I don't trust my ability. So I decided I will send the battery and the charger back to get checked by the people who built it.

Take a photo of how the charger to BMS PCB and wires are setup. The short event may have shorted the BMS mosfets to fail closed, but the good news is that likely can be fixed for <$10 and a few minutes of soldering.

Nevermind, will send it back to the deal to get it fixed.
Don't want to risk further problems I'm too new to batteries and BMS's to want to do it myself.
