Howdy I have an odd intermittent problem with my new ebike. Most of the time it won't power on. If it does it's fine until I shut off power at the main switch. It's got rmb batteries and a 24 volt 450 watt currie controller. I don't get the click at the controller (relay won't engage) when it doesn't work. I've pulled the controller apart. It it's full of glue so I can't get to the components to test. I've tried just the throttle and battery and motor connections as well seems like no change. I'm leaning towards it being a bad relay (stuck) but I've been unable to get warranty parts (they say they dont have any yet for it when I call.). It's been like this since I put it together a week ago. I've blipped the throttle thinking it won't power on if the throttle is part way on but that doesn't seem like the problem. I've tried to get ahold of 2 companies that say they have he controller but so far no answer (one guy on this board the ezip trails parts and such guy and superkids.). Does anyone have any suggestions? Voltage is fine at the switch and when it's on the controller gets 26 volts. The battery works in another schwin invidia a friend has and theirs does the same thing in mine ( not work). I read a lot of posts about people that put new controllers int heir trailz. Does anyone have a spare 24 volt controller they can part with? It's got 7 in/outputs but only 5 are used all the pas stuff isn't plugged in as it's not on this bike. Thanks
