Someone in my neighborhood is selling 2 Sanyo Eneloop bikes with low usage for $500 each. They're in great shape but before jumping on this deal I want to learn a little about the batteries. Is there any way to evaluate a lithium ion battery as to how much of its useful life is left? And, I find it strange that I can't find any information about the availability or cost of replacing a battery for this bike.
Any comments you experts have on this will be welcomed, as will opinions of the Sanyo bike itself.
