Assuming you're using a "water bottle" type battery & holder, I had good results using washers to get a nice tight fit to the bike frame. Some battery holders even have slots where you can further tighten (or rather make steal proof) using zip ties or hose clamps.

A battery holder?

It's where the battery gets cradled & connected. Wires then lead to the controller.

I believe the "push/pull tab" helps give leverage to pull the battery out of the holder. I just give a good palm thrust at the base of the battery to remove it. The silver thing is an aluminum plate to give the mostly plastic holder some rigidity and allows the water holder bolts (M4?) to hold fast (use loctite on the bolts).

Trying your technique but cared I will brake something. ....do I loosen up both screws at bottom.?

No need to remove or loosen any bottom screws. The holder is all set. Take off your old original water bottle holder, measure up the battery & holder to the bike's water bottle mounting holes, remove the battery from the holder, bolt holder into bike frame using loctite (don't over torque or risk stripping the threads), slide battery into holder & bike.

I've glanced at your other threads, and this point of the install is moot compared to the motor installation to the bottom bracket. Have you completed that part of the installation?

I have he motor installed..... Think I gotta place the plastic" wire/ brake/ shifter? 'track piece back at the bottom of the bike frame.....what is your number... Help me with removing the battery from the holder lol

I unknowingly unscrewed both screws from bottom....thought they were holding battery to it lol.....and I'm twisting key to on / off position ....help me!!!! This will be much easier over the phone lol

I have that Samsung frame battery hat mounts onto bike frame. How do I remove the battery from the holder so I can mount it onto frame? Trying not to brake the battery. Any techniques?

The key should unlock it. Letting you to slide it off.

Slow down and work out what its fouling on.

It can be either the screw holding the cable runner is protruding into the BB, preventing the Bafang unit from being slotted through the crank, or there is insufficient distance between the bafang motor and its crank area to go over both the BB and the cable runner.

Diagnose the first by removing the Bafang unit and putting your finger over where the screw goes through the BB - is it sticking up? If so, loosen off the screw and see if you can now put the unit through the BB. Mine had to be loosened off - the Bafang unit snugs up against it and helps support it anyway.

If it's smooth then the unit is fouling on the cable runner. remove the cable runner and test fit the unit. If it fits, you need to either find another cable runner or grind a bit off the one you have. Would go with the former option to shift it out of the way, mind want to ask at a friendly bike shop if they have any spares you can test.

Wouldn't be grinding/filing/changing anything until you have a very certain idea of what the problem actually is.
