Genuine Stealth Bomber #253.

This bike has been meticulously maintained, and is in perfect, near new condition.
I bought it a few years back with a dead battery from previous owner on ES with the intent to fix it up and use, but instead never rode it and have only now gotten around to building a new battery for it.
It can pull 5700W+ and 90kph hot off the charger with the new battery and has no issues at all doing it all day long.

Selling to fund other fun ebike projects.

This bike has some awesome upgrades and features, including;

Brand new battery:
--Samsung INR21700-50S (25A) 5000mAh cells
--20S 72V
--50AH
--3600WH
--100A Bluetooth BMS
This custom made battery is the largest capacity battery, in any Bomber I am aware of. This gives it a range of 140-180km at higher speeds. At slower speeds and you could easily manage 240-280km.
Charger is an 84V 5A charger with LCD and a power point timer thrown in. Due to the massive size of the battery a full charge is around 9-10hours, however on most normal length rides expect only 3-5 hours for a full charge.

Hub motor:
-Original Crystalyte 5403 with:
--15ml Ferro Fluid (Statoraide)
--Hubsinks
With Ferrofluid and hubsinks the motor is kept very cool. This prevents it burning out, but also improves efficiency and therefore range of the whole bike.

Marzochi 888 Bomber forks:
--Recently serviced
These forks are a massive upgrade over the stock DNM forks providing a super plush ride and are very responsive.

Magura brakes:
--MT6 up front
--MT2 at the rear
--Front and rear both just bled
--Brand new pads up front
--Spare pads and rotor provided with sale
These Magura brakes are awesome, and provide perfect modulation as well as ample stopping power when well maintained. Pads can wear fast if not using regen, but replacements are cheap and plentiful.

Original Quigley Motorsport front/rear fenders and kick stand.
--These perfect fitting, custom made fenders are now impossible to obtain.
--The kick stand is very well made and solid

Brooks seat. Most comfortable seat that exists, period.

1000 Lumen light with integrated horn. Can be controlled via buttons on handlebar.

Brand new comfort grips.

Cane Creek 40 headset.

This bike was only used for commuting by the previous owner and not ridden beyond test rides by me, so extremely well looked after. There are nearly no scratches or dents on it and the paintwork is almost perfect. The originality and condition of this bike almost makes it belong in a museum.

With 10 paralleled Samsung 50S cells, the battery is capable of outputting 250A peak power. This together with the modified motor, means you are only a controller replacement away from an insane beast capable of 18KW peaks!

Along with the bike a box of extra's is thrown in including 2 x Crazy Bob tires, a spare 24" tube, 4 x spare Magura brake pads and a spare brake disc rotor.

I can also share additional photo's and details on the battery construction if you wish, just message.

Price is only slightly negotiable as I've put a lot of work into making this bike something very special and will wait for someone who appreciates it to come along.

Happy to ship within Australia at buyers expense. Typically transport via motorbike movers is around $450-650 depending on location.

Happy to facilitate short test rides locally if potential buyer can prove available funds and leaves valuables with me while riding, prefer weekend.

I will consider shipping it within Australia (at buyers expense), but only for someone who is willing to talk with me on the phone so as to avoid scammers.

Price: $7850 AUD

Looks good, one of the more Bicycle looking ones I've seen. The prominent "200w" sticker is must have, the coppers around here have been hunting illegal bikes and scooters with drones and FJR1300s in the parks!

Any pictures of the battery design? I just put together a pack for mine and it looked like the max would be 156x 21700 cells. Ended up going with 20S6P in order to fit all the other wiring (dc/dc converter, new screen, connectors, etc) all into the frame with some room to spare. No idea how you managed to squeeze those extra 44 cells in there. Thanks!

Sure. I am not the first to build one this size. It is 20S10P. It is a small challenge to fit in as you need to angle into the top area first, then slide in the back/bottom. Padding is minimal, but enough for what this is. The key is to let it slide down a bit lower in the frame than the standard battery so it still clears the inner bolt holes at the lower section near the top of the frame.
I also use a slim BMS near the top which helps.
Also keep in mind, this is an original design, so no bulky DC1.

In fact, if someone was really keen, you could make a sub-pack that sits on top just under the seat sub-post mounts for even more capacity/range. Could probably fit another 2S10P up there if really keen for a 22S10P pack!

Cheers

Sorry for this but how did you change the parameters for the battery percentage as the standard battery is higher in volts.
