Still looking for a reasonably priced compact dc voltage meter that reads three decimal places for Li-ion cells. I have one mini with tiny adjustable voltage trim (via Amazon) to adjust its dc voltage readout to same as my INNOVA meter. When i ordered it was given the impression that it read three decimal places, but only reads two decimal places.

What i'd like to find is an inexpensive little dc digital voltmeter that reads to three decimal places with trim for adjusting voltage readout to at least match my INNOVA meter's two decimal places.

I keep forgetting to post some pics and details of the stuff I got, so here's some pics of the USB power meter, testing it simply charging a tablet from a little wallwart. It is easy to use, and sharp enough bright display to be easy to read even though it's pretty small, at least in room lighting. Probably not so easy outside in daylight. It has alligator clip to USB adapters for both ends, so it can be used for testing ebike batteries and other things that are below it's max voltage rating of 30v, and current draw below 6.5A, or a total of 180w.
