Speedometer issue with new Grin Phaserunner 6 + CA3

Hi there - just finished my new bike
The setup is as follows -

Controller - Grin Phaserunner 6
Motor - Crystalite Crown 100
Display - CA3
Battery - 52V (14S) 20 amp
And an ordinary racer bike

All runs fine - except the speedometer ...
It just shuts down randomly

Yep checked the cables - all fine
The issue with it is kinda random ....it can just shut down during the ride (after a stop)
Fixing it at first was weird ....reprogrammed CA3 ...nothing ...then i've changed speedometer from KM to miles ....boom ...worked
Changed it back to KM ...still works

Changed battery ...boom ..not working again ...
turned off the bike - nothing ...
Turned off battery ....- after reboot - works again for a day
Then next day again ...no speed reading ...

Any suggestions ?

Issue is resolved !!!
Bad harness connection after all

Although very confusing for me:
Apparently my handmade harness had a broken +5V (red wire) from HAL sensors
(No torque arm - pulled cable...bad thing !!!)
and in Phaserunner software dashboard - all 3 of them were lit ...(at that point i didn't realize they should also blink when you turn the wheel)
Speed sensor did blink ...but 3 HAL sensors stayed solid color (i do not have a speed sensor...just HAL...so white wire was disconnected)

After rewiring the harness i surly found the broken wire (hidden inside the shrink tube)
Now all works as intended ...
