Suitable switch for LIPO battery pack

I am thinking of installing a switch for the lipo pack so that it will not spark when i connect it to the controller(controller does not have a switch). Would such a switch work?

I have previously successfully used a lamp switch for SLA batteries and there were no issues but a lamp switch is bulky and ugly.

Do this. It's cheap, it's easy and will last forever.
