sw500 display setting p7

In the sw500-display there is a setting called p7.

Anyone knows how this should be set correctly? I guess it has something to do with speed measuring magnet. So if it is not calculated correctly I guess it would show the incorrect speed of my bike ?

I have a 16 magnet mid drive motor(bbs02) which is hooked up to an external controller. It works fine but the speedmeter is way off. Showing like 60km/h when I am in reality riding at around 22km/h. Guess it could have to do with P7. But what do I set it to?

I guess since my PAS sensor is on the crank and not the back wheel ad consists of 12 magnets I should probably set p7 to 12 ?

8 magnet PAS vs 12 magnet

Do you have an external speed sensor on your rear or front wheel? You can't measure your bike's speed without an external speed sensor because you're running a mid drive. I have now tried the bike with just the throttle and things are working pretty well. And I am now just trying it out...

Set it to 1 and use a standard wheel magnet speed sensor.
