SW900 error 08

Hi all.

My SW900 display is showing up as Error 08.
'the internet' says Error 08 is 'Throttle problem'.

When I twist the throttle the motor/wheel turns as it should and the error goes away.

Any ideas?

I think it means that the throttle doesn't show zero at start-up. The controller won't give power until it gets a zero throttle signal (less than or equal to 1.2v). Is your throttle sticky?

It seems to have gone away once I fixed where the brake cut of wires plugged into. The wiring of the controller for those doesn't match the cables coking from brake levers and I had them in the wrong place. All sorted now. Cheers.
