On it's own, nothing special. C3 and C4 are charged off the + and -, C1 and C2 are chrarged off the center tap of C3/C4, with the added voltage drop across the center top diode, so less than half the voltage, on a ratio depending on the totyal voltage..
as a DC circuit, it won't do much alone. But as an AC circuit, it might get interesting. Tesla did some interesting things with propigating waves and AC. My guess is this circuit would be used to shape the wave form at specific frequencies

Looks like a variation of one of these used to measure Radio frequency voltages with a high impedance DC meter. (meter connected to phone plug side).
Just a rectifier / filter.
The circuit seems to be full wave but no ground on the RF side?
The amount of energy you would get out would be tiny. Maybe if you try next to a multi megawatt radio transmitter you might get a tiny amount of energy. :lol:

If anyone thinks a crystal set can power anything other than a high impedance earphone they are bonkers.
With all these free energy devices being promoted its hard to know whether to laugh of cry.
