Hello, how to take out controler and battery for Ampler?

looks like you want to push it out the other end with a stick or plastic pipe after disconnecting wires ?
More context perhaps.. is that the bottom bracket and view up the vertical or cross bar??
 
According to the battery replacement instructions on their site, Gen1 bike batteries can be replaced by the owner, after removing the bottom bracket and connectors, the battery and controller should slide out. For Gen 2 bikes, they say it requires factory replacement. What generation bike is it?

It's a gen1. What you mean battery should slide out? Should i pull cables?

If it can be done 'on site' in 1 hour and the pack is glued in place either application of heat or a solvent will free the pack allowing you to move it. Id start with solvents tho as heat may f-up your paintwork or decals.
